What does this jargon mean ?


Whenever you rent a vehicle in Europe or in the UK with any car rental supplier you are insured in the event of an accident however there is always an excess to pay for any insurance claim.

This excess will vary from vehicle to vehicle location supplier and country sometimes as much as a £1000

When you book with twtcarrental our brokers will refund this excess if you have been charged it by the car renatl supplier.
You just need to get a police report  and a damage report from the car rental firm and send it to us within 14 days of returning and we will arrange for it to be refunded 

This guarantee will not apply when you rent a specialist , multiseater or premium vehicle or you have been driving in a manner as to invalidate an insurance claim
It also does not apply to claims for windscreens and damage to the tyres or underside of the vehicle
