Twtcarrental.co.uk will not penalise you for cancelling your reservation.

We must receive notification prior to your pick up of no less than 48 hours by email enquiries@thomas-wise-travel.co.uk
When we have received notification within the time specified we will cancel your reservation and refund you in full of any monies paid

Any cancellation reeceived within 48 hours of pick up will be subject to  100% charges 
 
This policy will not apply to any specialist vehicle e,g 7/810/15 Seater, Convertible 4x4 ,Jeep or premium group vehicle  .
You must contact us for details of charges if you need to cancel one of these vehicles
